LELO INA Review
I love rabbit vibrators and have always wanted to try the LELO INA. I had heard conflicting reports about the Ina. Some people love it, some people really dislike it. That’s not uncommon with rabbits as everyone’s anatomy is different. Regardless, having tried the Jopen Vanity Vr3 and finding I needed to hold the clit piece against my clit for it to really work, I decided I really wanted to try the INA and see if that shape worked better for me. So I finally purchased one.

The LELO INA is a non-traditional rabbit vibrator with a curvy shaft that is meant to be inserted and an external piece that is meant to stimulate the clit. Often rabbit vibrators have rotating shafts and animal-like clit vibrators, just like the Lovehoney Realistic Oh! Rabbit Vibrator that I reviewed last week. The LELO INA is not one of these. First of all, the shaft doesn’t rotate. There are no internal moving beads and there are no cutesy animals. The INA is sleek and elegant. The shaft of the INA is curved in order to provide stimulation to your g-spot, while the clit piece curves over the shaft to rest on the clit.
At 7.75″ long, with only 3.5″ being insertable, the LELO INA has a long handle that is very easy to hold on to during use. The INA is almost 1.5″ in diameter at its widest point. Both the shaft and clit piece are made of LELO’s signature silicone, which is latex and phthalate-free, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. The handle with the control panel is made of white plastic regardless which color INA you choose. The LELO INA is splash proof, not waterproof, so use caution when cleaning. You can still wash the INA in the sink with warm water and antibacterial soap, but be careful not get water in the control panel or charging port. You can also use your favorite sex toy cleaner or a 10% bleach solution, but no boiling the INA due to its electric components.
As the LELO INA is silicone, LELO recommends using only water-based lubricant with it. Silicone-based lube can have a negative chemical reaction with the silicone of the vibrator leaving it sticky. You can run into the same problem when storing silicone sex toys so it’s always better to store them separately. You can use either the box or the storage bag that comes with the LELO INA.
Like all LELO vibrators, the INA is rechargeable, and charging is simple. The charging port is located on the base of the INA’s handle. Remove the silicone cover, plug the cord in firmly, then plug the AC adapter into the wall. The buttons’ LEDs will blink while the INA is charging and glow steadily once it has been fully charged. A full charge will take about two hours. One charge should provide up to four hours of use and 90 days of standby time. When the INA needs to be charged it will let you know glowing red. LELO recommends storing the INA charged and charging monthly whether or not you are using the vibrator.
The LELO INA has the same control panel as other LELO toys of its generation, four buttons laid out in a cross pattern. The control panel on the INA is easy to use in theory, though I do find myself becoming a bit discombobulated when I’m trying to remember which button is which during play. I think over time this will not be an issue as I don’t recall having this problem with other LELO vibrators. The LELO INA has four buttons, +, -, up arrow, and down arrow. You use the + and – buttons to turn the INA on and off and adjust the intensity of the vibrations. The up and down arrows allow you to cycle through the patterns. To turn on the INA you press down on the + button. This button also increases the power of the vibration. To decrease the power, push down on the – button. To turn the INA off, keep pushing on the – button until the vibrations stop. You can also press both the + and – buttons at the same time to turn the INA off instantly. You change the patterns using the up and down arrows. I like that I can cycle backward as well as forward. It makes getting the the pattern I want much easier. If I pass the pattern I can just back up and find it quickly.
The LELO INA has eight modes of vibration
1. Adjustable steady vibration, both clit and internal piece
2. Internal vibration only
3. Clit vibration only
4. Alternating clit and internal vibration
5. Clit only, pulsing
6. Alternating pulses
7. Ramping up and down
8. Dance mix
Like all the LELO toys I have, the LELO INA has a travel lock. To lock the INA so it will not accidentally turn on and run down the battery, you press down on all four buttons at the same time. This is not as hard as it sounds. When the INA locks, all four LEDs will light up and go off to let you know the lock is engaged. To unlock the INA, press all the buttons again. When the LEDs light up, the INA is unlocked.
I expected to like the LELO INA a lot more than I actually do. On the one hand, it fits my body well. I really like how the shaft feels inside me pressed up against my g-spot and I really enjoy the way the clit piece nestles in between my labia and rests on my clit. On the other hand, the vibrations are weak. Yes, they’re deep, which is nice. They’re just not strong enough. I can get off with the INA but it takes longer than I would like and I think the vibrations will be too weak for many people. The vibrations of the LELO INA are much weaker than those of my Siri, which is surprising considering they’re the from the same generation.
The INA’s packaging is typical for LELO. The exterior box is shiny and will be the color of the INA itself. It has an image of the INA on it so it isn’t the most discreet. However, the internal hard black box simply says LELO making it very discreet. Inside the black box, the INA lays in a soft, velvety black cut out. Also included is the charger, a sample of LELO’s personal moisturizer, the storage bag, the user manual, and warranty information. The LELO INA has a standard one year warranty and LELO’s 10 year quality guarantee. If something goes wrong with your LELO Pleasure Object after the one year warranty has expired, LELO will allow you to purchase another toy from their website at a 50% discount.
LELO INA Pros:
• Fits my body well
• Good patterns
• Not a lint magnet
• Lets you know when charge is needed
LELO INA Cons:
• Not very powerful
• Slightly difficult to remember which button to press during play
• Not waterproof
The LELO INA has both positive and negative attributes On the plus side is the lovely sleek silicone that really doesn’t attract lint, the multiple patterns, the low power warning, and it fits my body well. On the downside it is not powerful. It’s not horribly weak, but its vibrations are moderate in intensity and I find that extremely disappointing. I think many others will feel the same. It’s really unfortunate because I was hoping the INA would become a favorite. However, I already know it’ll end up in the bottom of toy box not getting used. If you don’t like strong vibrations, you might like the LELO INA. I’m sad to say I don’t.
