Afternoon Delight Kit Review
My man and I had some afternoon and evening afternoon fun with Good Vibrations’ Afternoon Delight kit. What can I say? We like to draw things out. 
The Afternoon Delight kit comes in a cute little plastic Chinese food takeaway-like box with a handle. All the better to carry it! The box measures 3 5/8” wide, 3 ½” high, and 2 ¾” deep. The Afternoon Delight kit is part of Good Vibrations Ecorotic Green Sex Toy line, which are all-natural and organic. It comes with a variety of products that includes the following:
• 1 Smooch Me Lip Lube
• 1 Lust Dust Edible Body Powder
• 1 Knead Me Massage Lotion
• 1 Waterproof Mini Bullet Vibrator
• 2 Please Lubricant Samples
My Afternoon Delight kit came with Pomegranate Mint Smooch Me Lip Lube. I didn’t think this would be a very pleasing scent or taste but it’s yummy! I smell a whole lotta fruit (though I don’t remember what pomegranates actually smell like) with an after hint of mint. The 1 ounce tin is surprisingly large for a lib balm and the lid on mine tends to slide off so I don’t just throw this in my purse. If I take it out, I carry it in my pocket or in a pocket in my bag. However, my Pomegranate Mint Smooch Me Lip Lube has a place of honor next to my computer. This is my new favorite all purpose lip balm. It’s soothing and moisturizing on my lips and lasts a long time. When I rub my finger on Lip Lube in the tin, it is a bit grainy and waxy, but it goes on my lips smoothly and feels great. When I rub a few seconds longer before putting it on it softens up the consistency in the tin improves. My man really likes Smooch Me Lip Lube on my lips. When I surprised him with it he noticed right away. He said, “You taste different.” Then he kissed me quite seriously until I needed a reapplication! We both really enjoyed the scent. I swear he was sneaking whiffs of my lips all night when I first started using Smooch Me.
After using Smooch Me Lip Lube for a while I’ve noticed my lips are much softer and not at all dry, which tends to happen as the weather changes. Yay Smooch Me Lip Lube!

Smooch Me Lip Lube is Good Vibrations’ house brand and is available in Pomegranate Mint, Cherry Vanilla, Cinnamon Spice, and Mojito. This Lip Lube is all-natural and vegan! Bonus points!!
Lust Dust is Good Vibrations’ own all-natural edible body powder. It is available in two flavors, Strawberry Chocolate and Honey Vanilla and comes in a .7 ounce plastic pot with a small, flat powder puff like you find with pressed face powder. I have the Strawberry Chocolate Lust Dust and the scent is wonderful though faint. I easily identify it as Strawberry Chocolate. It smells like a sweet candy and makes me hungry when I smell it! Both my man and I agree neither one of us would be able to identify the flavor without know what was already. Strawberry Chocolate Lust Dust has a light and lovely sweet taste that I can’t readily identify. My man really enjoyed the taste but had to ask what is was the first time we use the Lust Dust. Once I told him, he remarked that he could identify the strawberry but not the chocolate. I felt the opposite, so the flavor seems to be a bit subjective.
Lust Dust goes on easily and rubs in well with the powder puff. Be careful applying as it can be slightly messy, especially if you’re wearing black and if are a bit clumsy like me. 
The powder is whitish and can’t be detected when rubbed in well. The first time I applied Lust Dust, I rubbed it in to several areas of my body and told my man he would have to find it. It made for a very wet and fun scavenger hunt for both of us! While I appreciate the subtlety of Lust Dust, this is also its downside. It can be too subtle to find. I discovered he had to hunt right away for the lickable treasure. If I waited too long after applying Lust Dust he had trouble scenting and tasting it. I also had to apply a fair amount for him to find it. I have the same experience when I apply it on his body, though I don’t have the stumbling block of hunting for it as I am the one dusting it on! Lust Dust would work better for me it the scent and taste were both slightly stronger. It’s a tricky balance between not being over-sweetly powerful and being too subtle. Lust Dust comes very close.
Lust Dust contains cornstarch, sucrose, and flavor.
Knead Me Massage Lotion in French Vanilla has a delicious and light fragrance that my man immediately identified. Ok, so he didn’t get the “French” part, but he definitely got vanilla. It has a light creamy texture and leaves skin feeling soft and silky. My man and I have taken turns trying Knead Me Massage Lotion on each other. We both enjoy the softness of the lotion, as well as the scent. While the Knead Me does sit somewhat on the surface of the skin, which is probably why it makes my skin so yummy feeling, it only does the job halfway for me. I feel Knead Me Massage Lotion is a bit lightweight for real massage. When I use a massage lubricant I prefer something slightly heavier that allows my hands to skim over his body more easily. Knead Me is a pleasure to rub in and it’s and even a bigger pleasure when my man massages me. The scent and silky feeling on my skin both last. I’m thinking Knead Me would be a great body lotion option!
Knead Me Massage Lotion is available in French Vanilla (duh!), Pomegranate Mint, English Lavender, and Morning Dew in 2, 8, and 16 ounces. It is NOT compatible with latex.

Water, Emulsifying Wax, Vegetable Oils (Walnut, Almond, Sunflower, Safflower), Cetyl Alcohol, Octyl Palmitate, Caprylic / Capric Triglycerides, Dimethicone, Vitamin E Acetate, Aloe Vera Gel, Cyclomethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Parabens (Butyl, Ethyl, Methyl, Propyl), Sodium Citrate, Tetrasodium EDTA, FD&C Yellow No. 6

Also included in the Afternoon Delight kit are two 5 ml packet samples of Please Lubricant Cream. After promptly dropping one between the bed and the wall (doh!) never to be seen again (my bed is a huge chunk of wood that doesn’t move), I was left with only one sample of Good Vibrations’ house lube. It is a water-based, glycerin-free lubricant.

Please Lubricant Cream does have paraben, so if you’re sensitive you want to steer clear. Instead try Good Clean Love Lubricant, also available at Good Vibrations. Having lost one packet, I only had the opportunity to use this lube during one play session. However, I had no sensitivity issues during or after. Please Lubricant Cream is white and looks a bit like watery lotion. Its consistency is quite thin and I found it to be very drippy. On the upside, a little went a long way. On the downside, it went everywhere and made everything slippery! Based on the consistency, Please lubricant lasted longer than I expected and it did dry nicely. Once it dried I had no need to jump up and shower, but while it was wet I felt like I wanted to mop it up.
I did have a bit of a mental block with the color. My brain seemed to be confused that Please Lubricant is white. I mean, I know it’s sex lube but part of my brain kept saying, “That looks like lotion. I don’t think it’s meant to go there!” It was quite odd.
Good Vibrations is kind enough to include a waterproof mini silver bullet vibrator in the Afternoon Delight kit, along with the necessary three watch batteries. Yay for included batteries! The silver bullet is 2 ¼” long and 2 1/8” in circumference. It has a rubber O-ring at the bottom of the threads, so as long as the cap is screwed on tightly you’re good to get it wet.
At first I couldn’t get my bullet to work. I tried swapping out the batteries with some I knew definitely worked but that didn’t help. I tried the old slap it against my palm half a dozen times trick, but no joy. I told Good Vibrations there was no need to send me a new one. I’ve been enjoying my Death By Orgasm Scorpion Bullet Vibrator so much, I figured this one couldn’t compete. When I was writing this review, I tried all over again to get it working. I can be stubborn… Finally I threw it on the floor in frustration and something must have been knocked free because when I picked it up and accidentally touched the push button switch it started buzzing in my hand. Eureka! Sometimes violence works!
This mini bullet vibrator is made of ABS plastic, which can be used with any type of lubricant, though I prefer water-based lube myself. It has a very sensitive push button to click it on and off, and it’s a one-speed vibe. It also has a very helpful little icon that tells you not to throw it in the trash so you can remember to dispose of it properly.
It’s a pretty strong little vibrator…about the same strength as Pattern #3, the highest straight vibration, on the Death By Orgasm Scorpion. I prefer multi-speed vibrations so I can build up to a rousing finish, but this silver bullet has the power to finish me off quickly.
The Afternoon Delight kit has some ups and some downs, but it is one sweet smelling delight to the olfactory senses. I definitely recommend the scents in this kit. I have the Afternoon Delight kit sitting on the headboard of my bed and it took a few days to figure out it was the wonderful smell wafting over me. Yummy! The Afternoon Delight kit is great to stick in your bag and take to a lunch rendezvous, or an overnighter, with your sweetie…as long as you have some time and privacy.
In conclusion, while I didn’t love every item in the Afternoon Delight kit, I did enjoy it enough to make the kit worthwhile. If you know you’re not going to use one or more items, you may want to buy the ones you want separately. However, Good Vibrations only offers this small size of Knead Me Massage Lotion and the lubricant samples in their kits. Along with having all these products in a convenient “to go” box, this also makes the kit advantageous.
• Smooch Me Lip Lube- Love it!
• Lust Dust Edible Body Powder- The taste could be stronger and it’s slightly messy, but the scent is great and licking is always fun!
• Knead Me Massage Lotion- For lotion, (as opposed to oil) it’s decent, and I love the scent and silkiness of my skin after using it.
• Waterproof Mini Bullet Vibrator- For a one-speed, you can’t go wrong.
• Please Cream Lubricant- Would I use this lube again? Not so much.
