It’s true. I actually won an award!

I’ve been gone the past few days and when I finally started paying attention to my inbox, I found a very exciting email. It informed me I won a Real Sex Toy Reviews People’s Choice Award! I was positively thrilled.

In case you’re not familiar with it, Real Sex Toy Reviews is a great site that collects sex toy reviews from all sorts of different reviewers and provides links to them. It makes finding and reading reviews easy peasy. Most importantly, the site has two levels of verification so you know you are reading reviews from real people who are actually using the products. I love this concept, which is why I participate with the site.

Recently, they decided to have people vote on the reviewers who submit to Real Sex Toy Reviews. There were six different categories and voters got to select who they thought should win the award in each category. (This is the part where I win an award.) I won the Elucidator Award! This is “The award for a reviewer who lets you know everything there is to know about a product in a plain, comprehensible manner. After you read a review by the Elucidator you feel knowledgeable about the product yourself, even if you haven’t seen it in person.”

Sometimes I think I am way too detailed, but it’s good to know that all my going on and on about sex toys is appreciated. I really want to thank the wonderful folks at Real Sex Toy Reviews and all of the people voted for me. It means so much to me to be recognized this way. I am truly honored.
