I have so many sex toys it creates storage issues like you would not believe. I am always looking for better ways to hide and store my toys. So, I decided to try out the the Petite Plush Pillow from FunWares.

The Petite Plush Pillow is made by Sportsheets, a company local to Southern California and I like that these pillows are made in the U.S.A. In the shape of a rectangle, it is 13″ long, 6″ wide, and 13.5″ in circumference. The outside of the pillow is a soft, slightly furry material that feels nice to stroke. Mine is Midnight Black and it also comes in a light pink. FunWares carries both colors so you get to choose.

You open and close the Petite Plush Pillow using a zipper set into the length of the pillow. Inside is a satiny pillow filled with polyester batting that is sewn on three sides, with the length open. This is where you you can put your hideables. It is kinda like a big squishy retangular bowl.

Definitely plush and smushy, the Petite Plush Pillow has a a fair amount of room in which to store a variety of items. As you can see, I can easily fit my Handmaiden Dong, my Tantus Revolve Dildo, and my Chippendale’s Diva Massager (review to come). I can also fit some lube and a bunch of condoms in with these sex toys. Considering the small size of this Petite Plush Pillow, that’s pretty impressive.

The Petite Plush pillow comes simply packaged in a clear plastic bag to keep it clean. It looks just like a small throw pillow, which is essentially how you can use it. What kills the discretion is the tag. It says “Petite Plush Hide Your Vibe Zipper Pillow” and has images of a vibrator, condoms, and lubricant. The best thing about the tag is the tagline, “The second best place for your vibe,” which cracks me up. The tag also gives suggestions about what to hide in your Petite Plush Pillow, “vibe, diary, lubricants, condoms, massage oils, love letters.” If you’re going to hide a diary in there it had better be the size of a Post-It pad because there is no way any normal-sized diary would fit. I would also think love letters would get super crumpled but if you’ve got something important you want to keep close by, this pillow is a great option.

I alternate the toys I keep in mine, depending on my current mood and what I feel like playing with at any given time. It is very convenient to have this little pillow sitting on my bed secretly holding my some of my favorite sex toys. When I wake up and feel like playing, I don’t even have to get out of bed to find a toy. At the same time, I don’t have to worry the plumber or a friend who stops by is going to see a bunch of sex toys sitting on my bedside table.

The Petite Plush Pillow is well made and sturdy. The materials are high-grade and the stitching is well done. The zipper sits nicely in the side of the pillow and is hidden except for the zipper pull. It simply looks like you can unzip the pillow to wash the cover. Certainly no one would guess this pillow is hiding your very personal sex toys, and if they do it’s because they have one themselves.

I have not had to wash my Petite Plush Pillow or its cover as of yet. If and when I wash the cover, I will wash it in cold and either hang to dry or dry on low. Though the fabric seems strong, I wouldn’t want to do anything to mess it up. If something like oil or lube leaks on the internal pillow, I would suggest washing it in cold and allowing it to sit out to dry.

I wish the Petite Plush Pillow came in multiple sizes and colors. I would love to have one that matched my bedroom decor better, though the black is not bad. I also would love to have one in a bigger size, not huge mind you, but something that could hold a few more sex toys. However, this size is great because I can get a few toys in and it doesn’t take up much room on my bed.

One thing that’s really great about the Petite Plush Pillow is that it still looks and feels pillowy even with sex toys hiding inside. Of course, it depends how much and what I stuff in there. It can make the pillow quite hard but, with just a few things in there, I can still lay on the little pillow if I want. If someone picks it up they’re going to want to know what the hell is in your pillow because you can feel everything in there, but there is enough cushion for it still to function as a throw pillow.

While I would like to see the Petite Plush Pillow available in other sizes and colors, I am very fond of mine. It secretly keeps my toys in one place, discreetly hidden on my bed. It makes it much easier for me to grab a toy at any old time rather than having to get up and scramble through drawers and boxes. The Petite Plush Pillow is basically for extremely lazy masturbators, like myself. I mean who doesn’t want to have their sex toys at their fingertips, right?

We all need storage for our sex toys, right? Some of us may struggle with space more than others. I’m lucky because I live alone. However, I do have friends and family who frequent my place and it really has no storage for my regular day to day stuff let alone my sex toy collection. So what’s a girl to do? How do I find good storage solutions without tipping anyone off?

What I really need is a locking chest of drawers dedicated to my collection. Everyone will still ask (because they are so nosy) but if it locks they won’t be able to sneak a peak.

EdenFantasys has two highly recommended options that that I’m wavering between. The Original Toibocks and the Devine Playchest.

Now each one seems to serve a slightly different purpose. The Toibocks sits out all the time looking a like a pretty jewelry chest and it does have a locked secret compartment which I love. The Playchest also has a lock, can be easily moved around and squirreled away in the closet temporarily (if I can find room) when people are about. Neither one will come close to holding my entire sex toy collection, but would be good for keeping track of my favorites and hopefully start a better system than I am using now.

I have read a bunch of reviews for both the Toibocks and the Playchest on EdenFantasys and am still torn. So for those of you out there who have one, the other, or both, what do you recommend?
