I happen to have the Mystic Wand Mini. I really like it and have long wanted to try out the full-sized Mystic Wand. Thanks to FunWares, I have had the opportunity.

The Mystic Wand is made by Vibratex, the makers of the famous Rabbit Pearl. Like the Rabbit Pearl and the rest of the Vibratex products, the Mystic Wand is made in Japan. It comes in both black and pink, and as you can see, I have the pink version.
The body of the Mystic Wand is made of plastic while the head is silicone. This means you need to use water-based lubricant with your Mystic Wand, as silicone-based lubes can bond with the silicone of the head and melt it. There is some drag with the silicone head so you may want to use a dab or two of your favorite lube to get it slipping and sliding over your clit and labia.
The silicone head of the Mystic Wand is latex and phthalate-free, hypoallergenic, and body-safe. Though the head does have grooves around it, it is still easy to clean. You can use warm water and anti-bacterial soap, your favorite sex toy cleaner, or a 10% bleach solution. As there are electronic parts do not boil your Mystic Wand or wash it in the dishwasher. Either action would probably kill it. However, the Mystic Wand is waterproof and has the o-ring to prove it. This makes it safe for the shower but again, not for the dishwasher.

The Mystic Wand has a very simple control panel that consists of two buttons and a rainbow light. The bottom button is the dedicated on/off switch which I love. No accidentally turning the Mystic Wand off during use or having to cycle through the off stage to get to the vibration level I want. The top button cycles through the three levels of steady vibration and three patterns. No matter where in the cycle you turn the Mystic Wand off, it always starts back at the beginning. The rainbow light lets you know the vibrations are on (as if you couldn’t tell) and changes with each setting selection. The light turns green when you turn the Mystic Wand on at the lowest setting, orange on medium, and red on high. The light also pulses and changes color in rythym with patterns on those settings.
The settings are as follows:
1. Low
2. Medium
3. High
4. Fast pulse
5. Two short pulses followed by one long pulse
6. Slow ramp up
While the Mystic Wand is on the noisier side, I do not find it terribly loud. It can certainly be heard within the same room, but a good solid closed door will cover the noise. If that doesn’t do it, some quiet music will. The vibrations are low-pitched and deep, just the way I like ‘em, and the Wand is quite powerful. The highest setting can be too high for me sometimes. Even on Medium I get off very quickly with the Mystic Wand. If I want to slow things down, I usually start with the patterns, which are nice and teasing.
The plastic handle of the Mystic Wand fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to hold onto. It doesn’t get too heavy even with the four (count ‘em, four!) AA batteries required to power the Mystic Wand. No wonder it’s got some power. Four AA batteries is nothing to sneeze at. The head of the Mystic Wand is slightly flexible so there is some give to it, but you can very easily still apply as much pressure against your body as you like.
The packaging of the Mystic Wand is a simple clear plastic box. It’s not terribly discreet but then again, the toy itself can pass for a massager. It doesn’t necessarily look like a sex toy. What’s really great is that Vibratex is considerate enough to include a soft white storage bag in which to store your Mystic Wand. Score!

The Mystic Wand is a good solid wand massager. I like that it has the power and patterns as well as steady vibration. I definitely prefer having to turn a vibrator down rather than it not being strong enough. The Mystic Wand is easy to use and comes with a handy dandy little storage bag which is always a good thing. The only thing that would improve this massager would be if it were rechargeable.
Mystic Wand Pros:
• Powerful
• Silicone head
• Patterns
• Dedicated on/off button
• Waterproof
• Storage Bag
Mystic Wand Cons:
• Requires Batteries

Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment
Even though I’m a clit girl, I like internal stimulation as well so I figured I would try out the the Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment. The insertable part of the Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment is 2.75″ long and 1.25″ in diameter. It is made of white silicone that is soft and squeezable and pliable. The Attachment is easy to put on and take off. It fits snugly and stays on the Mystic Wand very solidly during use.

You can care for your Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment in the same way you care for the silicone head of your Mystic Wand. However, as the attachment has no moving parts you can wash it in the top drawer of your dishwasher with no soap or boil it for three to five minutes to sterilize it. This means you can share it amongst non-fluid bonded partners.
At first, I was disappointed with the performance of the Mystic Wand G Spot Attachment. I felt it wasn’t firm enough for g-spot stimulation. Still, I was patient and gave it a chance. While it’s not as firm as glass or steel, it does apply some nice pressure and added stimulation. I also discovered I really enjoy thrusting with it. Though it is not as filling as some of my other dildos or vibrators the shape is great for stimulating me as it I thrust in and out.
The Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment has a clit tickler with nubs on it meant to stimulate the clit during play. This is where I do have an issue with it. Due to the way I am built, it just doesn’t hit me quite right. I would really like it to extend lower. Even though the silicone does transmit the vibrations well, I just can’t quite have an orgasm with the attachment on, which is frustrating because I really want to like it.
The packaging for the Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment is also quite simple. It is a just a plastic clamshell with a piece of cardboard inside with some basic information. However, this piece does look like a sex toy so it is not as discreet to leave it laying around.

Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment Pros:
• Easy to put on and take off
• Stays on Mystic Wand
• Silicone
• Good warm up
Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment Cons:
• Clit tickler doesn’t hit me right
• Not enough stimulation for me
Overall, I really enjoy the Mystic Wand. It works well on my clit as well as other parts of the body such as my nipples and labia. It is also nice to press up against a non-vibrating butt plug for some added stimulation. While I do like thrusting with the Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment on, it just doesn’t really do it for me so I end up having to remove it in order to orgasm. This can be a bit frustrating. However, if you are built the right way or don’t need as much pinpoint clit stimulation as I do you will probably be very happy with the Mystic Wand G-Spot Attachment.
